Investing in your health

Before we get into costs, there is an important concept we want to discuss. It really involves commitment. Commitment usually then involves incentive and that is where we come in.

Just as it has taken time for your body to accumulate and be affected by the many toxins in our world, likewise it will take time to remove them and to re-balance your body. It will also require an expense. If you truly desire to improve your health, then the commitment of time and finances are easy. We want to make the choice even easier by offering financial packages to minimize your expense. When finances are addressed at the onset, we find that patients are given that incentive to successfully complete whatever program we offer. We offer the same for you. Our office manager will discuss these packages with you at the completion of your Report of Findings evaluation. They are listed elsewhere in this brochure.

Insurance

At this time, we do not accept insurance at our clinic. Our staff will assist you with the necessary forms needed for you to present to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MC and Discover) and Care Credit which is an interest free payment plans. Our office manager can discuss payment options and package discounts with you. A $100.00 deposit will be required for your first visit and payable at the scheduling of your first appointment.

Payment Options

Payment Up Front

Pay for the entire treatment program that will be offered to you at the Review of Findings Evaluation. If you choose to do this you will receive a substantial discount. All of your visits whether to see the physician, undergo therapies or to take diagnostic tests will can be prearranged.

Care Credit

Care Credit is an independent financial company whereby you may finance the cost of the program over 12 months at no interest. We pay the interest. If you choose this route, you would finance the entire cost without discount, after all we are paying the interest. All visits to our clinic will also be prearranged if you choose this method of payment. You can find out more information on this option by viewing their website here.

Pay as You Go

There is no discount.

Our office manager will be happy to discuss all three financial choices with you at the end of your second Report of Findings evaluation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise and an appointment may be missed. We do require that all cancellations must be received a full 24 hours in advance. Unexcused cancellations will be debited $100.
